Event Details - What You Need to Know!

 PARKING
Carpooling is encouraged! Crow Valley staff will be directing parking in the lot

 CHECK-IN
Russell volunteers will be stationed in the parking lot with your cart assignments to make check-in quick and easy

 DRIVING RANGE
Opens at 8:30 AM – arrive early and hit a few warm-up shots after you check in!

 SECOND SWING (our version of a mulligan)
If you pre-purchased Second Swings (highly recommended!), your card will be waiting for you on your cart

 EVENT DAY COMMUNICATION
While we aren’t anticipating any delays, any important updates will be sent via text messaging to all players

 ATTIRE
Country Club Casual – Collared shirts, golf polos, and golf shorts or golf pants are encouraged.
Please no jeans, athletic shorts, tank tops, or metal spikes

 CONTESTS & GAMES
Cash or card will be accepted on the course for contests and challenges.
All proceeds benefit MercyOne Genesis Level III NICU

 NEW THIS YEAR!
Each player will have beverage tickets waiting on their cart.
Bring cash if you’d like to purchase additional drinks or mixed beverages from the roaming carts, clubhouse, or halfway house.

Join us in the pool area immediately following the end of play for appetizers, prizes, and celebration!
